Hubby and wife run, they're quite the sweet couple. Ar rahman wikipedia. Anyone here savvy with Krieghoff shotguns? My son has been shooting trap for several years now and has been using one of the guns that our gun club owns. In early January, after much persuasion from our clubs youth coach and my son, it was decided that his high school was finally going to form a trap league. The time had come for my son to pony up the money he had worked so hard for to purchase a trap/skeet gun he could call his own. Little did we know, with spring quickly approaching and the trap season upon us, its been hard to find a good quality trap gun. After endlessly calling gun shops and asking members of gun clubs in our area we finally found a gun which fit my son. After the owner had let my son take it to our club to shoot, it was decided we would purchase it as my son liked the 'fit and feel.' He purchased a Krieghoff K32 O/U trap/skeet shotgun serial number 8062. How can we distinguish what grade it is? Anyone know approximately how much this shotgun might be valued at? Overall condition is very good. Seems the previous owner had taken good care of it. No loss of bluing or nicks or dents on metal. On the fore stock some of the finish is missing due to a release trigger sticker being placed there. Original 34' fixed choke barrels which are both ported. Also came with extra set of Kreighoff O/U 32' removable choke barrels. Anyone have any idea of the value of this shotgun? Not sure if we got a good deal or not? Thanks, any info. Would be appreciated. My son by no means has developed a flinch from shooting trap and would like to return the trigger to a normal pull trigger. Is this much to do? Hello One Ounce, Thanks for your reply. I'll bet the weather is much more pleasant in Florida than it is here in Michigan! Yes it still has a release trigger on it but I'm assuming the previous owner figured he was messing up the finish on the fore stock and relocated it to the under side of the receiver. I'm assuming the gun did not come as a set as the second of the two O/U barrels is an udated version equipped with removable chokes and has a separate serial number. Have any idea of a value? Thanks for the info. We do the packets properly to prevent damages in transport and all of them are numbered so you will be able to know where they are at any time. Your son is shooting a release trigger? Unless he has already developed a flinch, I would have it changed back to a regular one (then you can take that sticker off) Values are all dependent on condition. You might try closed auctions on gunbroker.com. I looked for ones for sale on gunsinternational.com, but could not match up any with your description. In any case, it does not have the factory trigger so no issue there. It does not sound like a factory two barrel set, those are quite rare and usually had matching serial numbers. Factory barrels were not ported, and did not come with screw-in chokes. Someone spent a lot of cash on that gun! Hope you got it at a good price. BTW, just a minor nitpicking point - it is not a K32, it is a Model 32. Krieghoff never cataloged a 'K32'. They made and marketed the upgraded version as the K80 but never referred to the original as a 'K32'. I think Hal DuPont started that bs. I know, everyone calls them a K32 now, but those of us that have them do not. Congratulations on the purchase of a fine shotgun!
